Business areas

Project management

Project coordination within companies‘ technical departments, from materials management to logistics

We act as a kind of mediator, ensuring that conflicts do not arise between the contractual partners involved in the project, which can otherwise lead to increased costs (delays, reworking, contractual penalties etc.). Ideally, we work as a project manager on behalf of both parties, but we can also work for one side if required.

Project development for production, bottling and sorting equipment for breweries and bottled water companies

We deliver projects in line with your requirements. From issuing tenders to accepting individual machines and systems, and from expanding capacity to complete new builds – we work with our partners to offer a comprehensive range of services for our clients. We can also support you before this stage by helping you to develop your concept and calculate capacities.

Developing concepts to increase efficiency and sustainably improve company growth, with a focus on technology

These concepts include developing staffing and shift models, taking into account your company’s technical and financial capabilities. Technical capabilities cover factors such as the equipment on the bottling lines (performance potential of the systems, age etc.). This means that we do not focus on developing and proposing the concept that would work best in theory. Instead, we develop practical models based on your company’s current position.
